Barry's journey into property started in a classroom as a student in Robert Kiyosaki's RichDad Education Program, and due to his success as an property investor, he was invited to teach & mentor for the organisation.

Teaching over 15000 students & delivered more than 400 one to one mentorships over 9 years, through property education organisations associated with Robert Kiyosaki, Martin Roberts (Home's under the Hammer) and Robbie Fowler (Ex England & Liverpool footballer).

Whilst trying to buy his third property, a disused hotel (his first lease option) he quickly realised that traditional property investing relies too heavily on having large amounts of capital.

By mastering creative strategies like lease options, Barry discovered how to acquire control of properties without needing mortgages or massive deposits.

But the real breakthrough came when he combined these strategies with advanced negotiation techniques and Neuro-Linguistic programming (NLP).

So much so, his first book, The Psychology of Property Negotiation became an Amazon #1 best seller.

Today, Barry focuses on teaching others how to structure win-win deals.

His training is renowned for its practical, no-nonsense approach—focusing on the exact conversations, scripts, and psychological triggers needed to succeed.
